Job summary

Remitly in Manila is seeking an Operations Manager to lead business operations for Remitly Business. You will manage, develop, and lead world-class operations teams across global customer service and operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and productivity targets are met while driving improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Operations Management experience, with a proven track record of handling both B2B and Fintech/Financial accounts.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drives team and individual success against KPIs.
Leads performance management, career development, learning and development, and engagement.
Supports policy, planning and strategy decisions; drives continuous improvement.
Builds alliances across departments to deliver results and align with business goals.
