Qualifications

• Proven leadership of customer success teams.
• Strong coaching and development in a high-velocity environment.
• Deep understanding of customer protection/fraud prevention is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding leadership to Customer Service, Protection, CARE, FSI, CSI ops in Manila and Managua.
• Coach and develop teams on career growth, values, and performance.
• Lead daily operations to meet service promises and maintain high engagement.
• Foster a cohesive, creative, and fun work environment with strong team morale.
• Manage talent development plans and performance management for Associates.
