• Clear written and spoken communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to business owners from a provided list referencing prior outreach.
• Introduce the firm professionally and assess openness to confidential discussions.
• Book 20–30 minute calls directly into leadership calendar for interested owners.
• Schedule callbacks and follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities.
• Log every call in the CRM with accurate dispositions and notes.
• Refer substantive questions to leadership; avoid price/deal terms during calls.
• Maintain confidentiality and conduct conversations with tact.
• Learn industry terms to hold credible, natural conversations.
