Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling experience with U.S. business owners or senior decision-makers.
• Excellent spoken English and professional, mature phone presence.
• Strong judgment and discretion in sensitive or confidential conversations.
• Experience setting appointments and managing callbacks and follow-ups.
• Comfortable logging calls, dispositions, and notes accurately in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Call business owners from a provided list, mentioning our earlier letter or email outreach.
• Introduce our firm professionally and ask whether the owner is open to a confidential conversation about a possible transaction.
• Book 20 to 30 minute calls directly onto our leadership team’s calendar for interested owners.
• Set and manage callbacks and future follow-up dates so no opportunity is missed.
• Record every call in our CRM with an accurate disposition and clear, brief notes.
• Refer substantive questions to our leadership team without discussing price, valuation, or deal terms.
• Handle every conversation with tact and strict confidentiality.
• Learn key industry terms and talking points well enough to hold credible, natural conversations.
