Qualifications

• Strong active listening, ability to take detailed notes while keeping conversation flowing.
• Professional phone presence and clear, confident communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Business acumen and ability to understand client challenges quickly.
• Self-motivated, reliable, independent; comfortable with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Availability during US business hours (EST or PST).
• Patient and thorough, ensuring prospects understand services before decision.

Responsibilities

• Hold structured 30-minute discovery calls with interested prospects.
• Present our process and services using a deck.
• Ask insightful questions to learn client needs.
• Explain pricing, timelines, and our process clearly.
• Handle client questions and objections about remote VAs.
• Capture detailed notes for handoff to recruitment.
• Follow up by email and phone to move prospects forward.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely handoffs.
• Log conversations and status in CRM (Pipedrive).
• Reach warm leads via email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Maintain professional, consultative client interactions.
