vamasters, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to run discovery calls with business owners interested in our outsourcing services. You will guide warm leads through the recruitment process with a consultative, client-focused approach and build lasting relationships.

No cold calling is required. You will document client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate CRM notes. The role offers an hourly base with performance bonuses and a clear path for growth as the company

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication.
• 1+ year in customer-facing roles (sales coordination, customer service, account management or appointment setting).
• Strong active listening and ability to take detailed notes while keeping conversation natural.
• Professional phone presence with clear, confident communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Business sense and ability to understand client challenges quickly.
• Self-motivated, dependable and independent; comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Availability to work US business hours (EST or PST).
• Patient and thorough; ensure prospects understand services before deciding

Responsabilités

• Run structured 30-minute discovery calls with interested prospects.
• Walk prospects through our process and service using a presentation deck.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand client business, challenges, and requirements.
• Explain pricing and timelines clearly in professional English.
• Respond to questions and objections about remote virtual assistants.
• Record detailed notes for a smooth handoff to recruitment.
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone to move them forward.
• Coordinate with internal teams to hand off client information accurately.
• Track conversations and prospect status in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Contact warm leads through email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Maintain a professional, consultative approach with clients
