The role requires strong communication, ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, experience with CRM, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound sales. You will collaborate with marketing and web development to tailor proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.
• Experience selling website design and development services.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital services.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business clients.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Contact prospects through email, phone, social media, and other platforms.
• Understand prospects’ business challenges, goals, and requirements.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
• Conduct sales calls, consultations, and meetings with prospects.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Track leads, opportunities, conversations, and sales activities.
• Manage prospects throughout the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and service requirements when appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare sales activity and performance reports.
• Research competitors, industries, and potential market opportunities.
• Continuously improve sales approaches and outreach strategies.
