TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS INC. & DREAM WEBWORKS CREATIONS INC. is seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales for our digital marketing and web design services in Baguio City, Benguet.

This full-time role requires proactive outreach, client engagement, and deal closure to fuel our growth. You will build a strong pipeline, tailor pitches to client needs, negotiate terms, and collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or business development within a B2B or digital services environment.
• Ability to identify prospective clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each prospect's needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with offerings and capacity.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals profitably.
• Prepare and present customised proposals and service packages.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
• Maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
