Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strong sales experience.
• Preferred B2B experience with a track record selling a wide range of products/services, ideally across large catalogs in the US market.
• Healthcare/medical industry background preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities with experience in pricing, delivery processing, and closing sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships.
• Experience in outbound and inbound sales driving revenue through customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations using the client’s ERP system.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions.
• Provide dedicated pre-sales support and thorough post-sales follow-up.
• Regularly engage with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns for warm and cold leads via CRM.
• Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Develop deep product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
