Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales coordination or B2B appointment setting, are fluent in English, and proficient with HubSpot and mapping tools. Hybrid work setup offered, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 3 years in sales coordination, B2B appointment setting, or telemarketing, preferably in construction.
• Proficient with HubSpot CRM and route planning tools (Mapsly, Google Maps).
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Appointment setting & coordination to book appointments with decision-makers or site managers.
• Support sales team with route planning, calendar management, and follow-ups.
• Log communications and next steps in HubSpot CRM.
