Job summary

SearchMax (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Appointment Setter to generate qualified B2B opportunities and secure sales appointments for our Business Development team. This role requires confidence in engaging prospects, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales force.

You will work with clients across Australia and New Zealand, gaining exposure to large-scale projects and strong budgets while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven experience selling to Australian clients or into the Australian market – Essential.
• Experience engaging Australian business owners, executives, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research qualified B2B prospects within the Australian market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Engage and qualify business owners and key decision-makers.
• Introduce SearchMax's digital marketing services and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for the Business Development team.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieve appointment-setting and lead-generation targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
