Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring a Soft Collections Specialist to resolve overdue balances and improve collections for a growing U.S.-based healthcare technology client. This full-time onsite role is in Cebu with a night shift aligned to Mountain Time and weekends off.

Required: 3–5 years in accounts receivable and collections; proficiency with QuickBooks and Zuora; advanced Excel; strong communication to resolve invoices and disputes across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• In-depth knowledge of debits, credits, and AR principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage first-party B2B collections for assigned accounts.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up for timely payments.
• Develop and refine collections processes with the team.
• Contact customers by phone, email, and fax to resolve invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes.
• Recommend accounts for legal action and track progress with agencies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and oversee EFT vendor setup.
