Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Collections Manager – B2B to lead daily B2B collections operations, drive cash-flow objectives, and reduce aging. You will coach teams, manage escalations, and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application to ensure governance and process excellence.

The role requires 5–8 years in collections/AR, strong leadership, and experience with ERP systems. On-site work in Taguig with a night/US shift may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with manager/team management experience.
• Strong B2B Collections and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience managing B2B Collections/AR teams.
• Strong knowledge of AR and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Technology, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong people management, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling customer escalations.
• US/global operations experience preferred.
• SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Cash Application and Dispute Management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily B2B collections operations and manage team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive portfolio reviews, aging reduction, and collection effectiveness.
• Monitor collection workflows and customer follow-ups.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Billing, Disputes, Sales, and Cash Application teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, controls, and process documentation.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity and collections performance.
