Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Collections Specialist to join the team onsite at Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. The role focuses on proactive collection of overdue balances from US-based clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring accurate data in the AR system.

Qualifications

• Experience in US B2B/B2C receivables collections is required.
• A 4-year university degree is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or other major ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of AR aging concepts and basic accounting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills for negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive contact with assigned client accounts via phone and email to collect overdue balances and issue periodic statements.
• Process RMAs, issue credit adjustments, resolve payment issues, and escrow high-risk accounts as needed.
• Maintain high database accuracy by updating account statuses and logging collection interactions.
• Review AR Aging Reports and compile activity reports detailing collection metrics and AR performance for leadership.
• Perform related administrative and financial duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.
