Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, process payments, and generate invoices from QuickBooks.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to resolve disputes promptly. The position is office‑based in Cebu City with a graveyard shift (11 PM–8 AM) and relocation support for hires from outside Cebu; salary is 24,000 PHP per month plus a 5,000 PHP new hire bonus and a 2,000 PHP monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required.
• At least 1 year of billing and collections experience preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer current accounts.
• Process payments and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Investigate account histories and statuses.
• Contact clients to remind about outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with teams for disputes.
• Resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Process payments with third‑party merchants.
• Audit customer accounts for accurate billing.
