Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a motivated Collections Agent in the Philippines to manage overdue B2B accounts, negotiate payments, recover balances, and maintain accurate records. You will work with the client's finance and operations teams to meet targets and ensure compliance.

This role is office-based in Eastwood (Quezon City) with a 3-month contract and potential extension, requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in international B2B collections is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to negotiate while maintaining client relationships.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM or collections software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per policy.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activity in CRM/collections software.
• Escalate accounts requiring legal action or third-party intervention.
• Meet or exceed monthly collections targets and KPIs.
• Identify disputes and coordinate resolution with relevant internal departments.
• Prepare reports on account status, recovery rates, and aging balances.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company standards.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding billing and account status.
