Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking a Collection Associate for B2B Accounts Receivable to manage customer portfolios, drive timely collections, and maintain strong relationships for healthy cash flow.

You will follow up on overdue invoices, coordinate disputes, reconcile accounts, and use ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to maintain accurate notes while meeting SLA targets. Strong English communication and US shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in AR/collections.
• Strong communication in English.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer portfolios and aging to achieve collection targets.
• Conduct collections via calls and emails and follow up on payment commitments.
• Coordinate with Billing, Sales and Cash Applications to resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and account status.
• Escalate critical accounts per governance processes and meet SLA standards.
• Support AP portal activities and PO-related issues.
