Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for transportation executives exploring technology solutions. Your role is to conduct qualified outbound calls to decision-makers at trucking and logistics companies, engage them in high-level conversations about their operational challenges, and schedule consultations for senior consultants. You will work from a provided list of prospects and contacts, follow a structured script while maintaining natural conversation flow, and focus on qualifying leads based on their technology needs and readiness for consulting support.

- Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to transportation company executives and operations managers
- Qualify prospects by understanding their current technology gaps and implementation needs
- Engage decision-makers in conversations about telematics, video intelligence, TMS, and asset management solutions
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior consultants with interested prospects
- Follow provided scripts while adapting to natural conversation flow when needed
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and prospect information
- Probe for correct contact names and titles when necessary to reach decision-makers
- Work from provided lists of transportation companies and executive contacts
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting or business development role
- Strong cold calling skills with demonstrated success in outbound prospecting
- Ability to engage executive-level contacts in professional business conversations
- Comfortable learning and discussing technical products at a high level
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
