Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices
• Get past gatekeepers to identify and reach the owner or key decision-maker
• Introduce the company and its product range in a clear, professional manner
• Collect decision-makers’ email addresses for customer portal access
• Follow up by phone and email until the sale is closed
• Keep the sales pipeline and contact records in HubSpot up to date
• Answer and handle inbound calls transferred to you
• Take part in call reviews and act on the feedback to improve performance
