Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to home service businesses from a provided lead database.
• Set qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner.
• Follow provided call scripts and objection-handling prompts consistently.
• Log call notes, outcomes, and callback schedules accurately in the lead platform.
• Work through assigned call lists efficiently while maintaining daily call volume.
• Use an integrated dialer system to manage high-volume outbound calling.
• Communicate prospect feedback and common objections back to the team.
• Maintain accurate records to support performance tracking and reporting.
