The role demands a mature, articulate phone professional with sound judgment and discretion in sensitive conversations. You will call owners, reference prior outreach, and schedule 20–30 minute meetings with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling experience with business owners or decision-makers.
• Excellent spoken English with a professional, mature phone presence.
• Strong judgment and discretion in sensitive conversations.
• Experience setting appointments and managing callbacks.
• Accurate CRM logging of calls and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Call business owners from a provided list and reference prior outreach.
• Introduce the firm professionally and probe interest in confidential discussions.
• Book 20–30 minute calls with the leadership team.
• Set and manage callbacks and follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities.
• Log every call with clear notes and dispositions in the CRM.
• Pass substantive questions to leadership without discussing price or terms.
• Handle conversations tactfully and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Learn industry terms to hold credible conversations.
