Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. businesses from assigned lead lists
• Get past gatekeepers to reach owners, sales leaders, and other decision makers
• Research and enrich lead data including decision-maker names, direct phone numbers, emails, and company size
• Prospect and build fresh lead lists of target companies that match our ideal customer profile
• Qualify prospects against criteria such as company size, industry fit, and decision-making authority
• Book qualified discovery appointments with decision makers and confirm them on the calendar
• Work from our call scripts and outreach strategy, adapting the conversation to handle objections
• Record every dial, conversation, and outcome accurately in our CRM
• Follow up with prospects who ask for a callback or more information
• Report daily and weekly activity metrics such as dials, connects, decision-maker conversations, and booked appointments
