Qualifications

• Proven B2B outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
• Able to bypass gatekeepers to reach decision makers.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional phone presence.
• Strong lead research skills to obtain decision-maker contacts.

Responsibilities

• Place high-volume outbound calls to U.S. businesses from lead lists.
• Get past gatekeepers and reach owners and sales leaders.
• Research and enrich lead data including decision-maker details.
• Build new lead lists that fit the ICP.
• Qualify prospects by company size, industry, and authority.
• Book qualified discovery appointments and confirm on calendar.
• Log all activity in CRM and follow outreach scripts.
• Follow up with prospects requesting callbacks or more info.
• Report daily/weekly activity metrics (dials, connects, bookings).
