Responsibilities

• Cold call private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices.
• Work past gatekeepers to identify and connect with the owner or key decision-maker.
• Present the company and its product range clearly and professionally.
• Gather decision-makers’ email addresses for customer portal access.
• Follow up by phone and email until each sale is closed.
• Keep the sales pipeline and contact records in HubSpot updated.
• Pick up and handle inbound calls transferred to you.
• Join call reviews and use the feedback to raise your performance.
