TGS BPO Incorporated in Cebu City is seeking an energetic appointment setter to connect with commercial clients across construction and remodeling sectors. You will make outbound B2B calls, identify decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

The role requires clear English communication, strong listening, and the ability to handle objections while hitting KPIs. You will work with a supportive team during US business hours, with training, bonuses, and growth

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Clear and professional phone communication.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B cold calls to potential commercial clients.
• Speak with business owners, contractors, facility managers, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Introduce our Temporary Wall System and communicate its benefits.
• Identify businesses with active or upcoming projects.
• Qualify prospects based on project requirements, timeline, location, and decision-making process.
• Handle objections professionally and keep prospects engaged.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with qualified leads and prospects.
• Research companies and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and lead information in the CRM.
