Job summary

Smartsourcing in Cebu City is seeking a full-time, onsite Document Controller to safeguard the integrity and version control of aviation manuals and AOC documentation.

You will manage document libraries (SharePoint, Microsoft 365), ensure accurate formatting without changing technical content, and coordinate with directors, consultants, and contractors to keep materials current and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and version management.
• Experience maintaining document libraries (SharePoint/MS 365) is desirable.
• Background in aviation/airline documentation is advantageous.
• Bachelor level degree and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control versions of manuals and supporting documentation across the suite.
• Ensure documents are current, correctly numbered, traceable, and issued under version control.
• Check, format, and standardise received documents to house house style and standards without altering content.
