Grandcanyon Multiholdings, Inc. - Kia Iloilo is seeking a Service Advisor to maintain monthly units and repair order values while driving insurance and accessories sales.

The role emphasizes KPI adherence, customer-focused consultations, and meticulous documentation of WIP and aging metrics. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical engineering background, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

• Ability to understand KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Ability to communicate and empathize with clients.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and appointment setting.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented attitude; driver's license is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintain a minimum of X units per month with a target-based repair order value.
• Sales of at least 6 insurance policies per month.
• Sales of at least PHP 45,000 worth of accessories per month.
• Continuously study the Labor Time Guide.
• Submit and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
• Ensure WIP aging on repairs stays under 30 days and no transactions over 60 days.
• Complete periodic training with documented achievements.
• Rigid compliance with brand and office service processes and KPI audits.
