Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of X units per month with a target-based repair order value.
• Sales of at least 6 insurance policies per month.
• Sales of at least PHP 45,000 worth of accessories per month.
• Continuously study the Labor Time Guide.
• Submit and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
• Ensure WIP aging on repairs stays under 30 days and no transactions over 60 days.
• Complete periodic training with documented achievements.
• Rigid compliance with brand and office service processes and KPI audits.
