Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or mechanical-related work experience.
• Ability to understand KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Ability to communicate and empathize with clients.
• Proficiency with computer applications and basic appointment-setting concepts.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum monthly unit target with a peso amount per repair order.
• Sales of at least 6 insurance policies per month.
• Sales of at least 45,000 PHP worth of accessories per month.
• Continuously study the Labor Time Guide.
• Submit and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
• WIP aging: average ≤30 days; no transaction >60 days at RO opening.
• Complete periodic training with measurable achievements.
• Strictly comply with brand/service processes; KPI spot audit includes inspections and documentation.
