You will drive monthly targets for service units, repairs, insurance policy sales, and accessory sales while maintaining accurate WIP records and adhering to brand service processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of X units per month with a minimum peso amount per repair order.
• Sell at least 6 insurance policies per month.
• Sell at least 45,000 PHP worth of accessories per month.
• Continuously study the Labor Time Guide.
• Submit and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) reports.
• Ensure WIP aging does not exceed 30 days; no transaction over 60 days after RO opening.
• Participate in periodic training and achieve related milestones.
