The role emphasizes customer care, diligent follow-up, and collaboration with the service team to meet daily targets and improve customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

• Understanding KPIs as indicated by the company.

• Results-oriented performer; driver's license is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintain a minimum monthly unit target for the service department with a set peso amount per repair order.
• Achieve sales targets: at least 6 insurance policies per month.
• Sell accessories worth at least 45,000 PHP per month (1,500 PHP per day).
• Study and apply the Labor Time Guide.
• Submit and maintain Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
