Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Aftersales Manager - KIA Matina to lead the Service Department, drive KPI achievement, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires a registered mechanical engineer with automotive service experience and strong communication skills.

You will coordinate marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and liaise with corporate accounts to promote goodwill and the company image while guiding the team toward targets.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered mechanical engineer with at least 3 years in automotive service (service advisor or parts man).
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters and emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Requires valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department and achieve targets.
• Ensure 100% KPI achievement and monitor reports and deadlines.
• Develop marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Visit corporate accounts and insurance companies to promote goodwill and the company image.
• Train and guide subordinates to consistently meet KPI targets.
