Job summary

Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp in Bacolod City is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and the aftersales team, ensuring clear service needs, accurate estimates, and smooth processing of repairs.

You will greet customers, document concerns, create work orders, follow up on progress, and uphold customer satisfaction. A college degree and 2–5 years in automotive service preferred; driving license required; on-site work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate in any field (Business or related preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
• Able to drive vehicles with a driver's license.
• Experience in customer service, vehicle inspections, and service coordination.
• Familiarity with estimating repair costs, managing service schedules, using automotive software, and liaising between customers and technicians.
• Knowledge of automotive sales, warranty claims, and parts management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their service/repair needs; explain technical details clearly.
• Create and manage work orders and service records; document concerns and estimates.
• Recommend additional services or preventive maintenance; educate on regular servicing.
• Relay customer concerns to mechanics and technicians; update customers on progress and timeframes.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
