Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp in Bacolod City is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and the aftersales team, ensuring clear service needs, accurate estimates, and smooth processing of repairs.

You will greet customers, document concerns, create work orders, follow up on progress, and uphold customer satisfaction. A college degree and 2–5 years in automotive service preferred; driving license required; on-site work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate in any field (Business or related preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
• Able to drive vehicles with a driver's license.
• Experience in customer service, vehicle inspections, and service coordination.
• Familiarity with estimating repair costs, managing service schedules, using automotive software, and liaising between customers and technicians.
• Knowledge of automotive sales, warranty claims, and parts management is a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The liaison between customers and an aftersales department. Their role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate communication of service needs, and the smooth operation of the service process.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Customer Interaction

• Greet customers and listen to their service/repair needs.

• Explain technical details to customers in a simple, understandable way.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.

2. Repair Orders and Documentation

• Create and manage work orders and service records.

• Document customer concerns, required services, and estimates.

• Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, including warranties and service contracts.

3. Upselling Services

• Recommend additional services or preventive maintenance.

• Educate customers on the importance of regular servicing.

4. Communication with Technicians

• Relay customer concerns to mechanics and technicians.

• Update customers on service progress and timeframes.

5. Customer Satisfaction & Follow-up

• Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

*Performs other tasks/duties assigned by the Immediate Head
