Job summary

Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp in Quezon City is seeking a Service Advisor for BAIC/Jetour GAIA North Edsa. The role serves as the liaison between customers and the aftersales department to ensure clear communication of service needs and a smooth service process.

You will greet customers, create and manage work orders, document concerns and estimates, and coordinate with technicians. Upsell preventive maintenance and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate in any field (Business or related preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
• Able to drive vehicles with a driver's license.
• Experience in customer service, vehicle inspections, and service coordination.
• Familiarity with estimating repair costs, managing service schedules, liaising between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their service/repair needs.
• Explain technical details to customers in a simple, understandable way.
• Create and manage work orders and service records.
• Document customer concerns, required services, and estimates.
• Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, including warranties and service contracts.
