Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions in Tacloban is seeking a Service Advisor to assist customers with vehicle service needs and coordinate repair activities. You will document complaints, prepare estimates, and explain repairs, parts, and labor costs to customers.

You will collaborate with technicians and service departments to ensure timely completion, monitor progress, and provide regular updates. The role requires on-site work in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive-related field or business administration helpful.
• Experience as Service Advisor or similar after-sales role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literate and able to prepare service reports.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
• On-site work in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities
