Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with professional certification.
• Significant work experience in service operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet navigation.

• Valid professional driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Submit job estimates to Service head and assist with contractor allocation.
• Prepare vehicle repair and painting checklists.
• Perform quality control on repaired and repainted vehicles.
• Estimate costs and completion times; inform customers of services.
• Document repair order changes and explain additional services.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely and proper repair work.
• Ensure time ticket data is complete for productivity tracking.
• Assist Service Head in planning actions to improve BP operations.
