Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp. is seeking an Accounting Assistant/Cashier to join our team in Taytay, Rizal. You will handle AR/AP, invoicing, VAT/reporting, and general accounting tasks for co-owned dealerships, with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is a BS Accountancy/Finance graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong data entry, and proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet tools. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 48-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• A college graduate with a 4-year degree in BS Accountancy / BS Finance.
• 1 - 3 years experience in Accounting Assistant role.
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficient in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks for co-owned dealerships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS applications, especially MS Excel.
• Proficient in Spreadsheet usage.
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives and checks unit releases and performs gross profit analysis.
• Prepares sales invoices for units and parts sales.
• Prepares invoices for employee cash advances.
• Reviews aging receivables and follows up with Sales & Admin.
• Receives payments and issues receipts for collections.
• Monitors liquidation of employee advances.
• Prepares Statements of Account and VAT/collection/sales reports.
• Checks and reconciles customer balances.
• Processes payments for suppliers and advances, posts payables, and handles fund transfers.
• Assists in petty cash liquidation and replenishment; posts monthly reports.
• Attends regular meetings and keeps filing orderly.
• Performs other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager & VP Finance.
