Job summary

Design Staff Australia is seeking a commercially minded Business Development and Pipeline Specialist for a 3-month project-based engagement. You will identify opportunities, research prospects and qualify leads across Australia to build a robust sales pipeline.

You will own outreach via email, LinkedIn and telephone, nurture relationships, and hand over qualified opportunities to the Australian commercial lead for further sales discussions, working with a proactive, curious mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business development or similar role.
• Experience in market intelligence or pipeline development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in online business and prospect research.
• Experience identifying decision-makers and qualifying B2B prospects.
• Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online tools.
• Strong organization and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects independently.
