Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring an Audio Technology Account Specialist to assist customers with inquiries and basic troubleshooting for audio products and services, delivering professional support. This on-site position in Muntinlupa requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to document interactions accurately while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate.
• Undergrad High School applicants will not be accepted.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but may not be required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work in a voice/customer service environment.
