Beepo, a full-service Australian-owned outsourcing company with a Clark, Pampanga office, is seeking an AU Property Management Assistant. The role is remote with a day shift, covering lease renewals, rent reviews, invoicing, and PM tasks for Australian real estate clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency in Property Tree, MS Office, Agentbox, and Sorted Services. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Australian Real Estate, with property management focus.
• Experience with tenancy applications, renewals, smoke alarm, invoicing, and PM tasks.
• Familiarity with Property Tree, MS Office, Agentbox, and Sorted Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease renewals and continuations.
• Perform rent reviews and monitor inboxes.
• Schedule routine inspections and bookings.
• Enter new properties in the system (Property Tree).
• Process invoices and conduct general auditing.
• Prepare rental advertisements and revenue redirections.
• Handle other PM tasks as required.
