Job summary

Select Virtual Assistants is seeking a proactive Assistant Property Manager to support a US-based property management team from a remote setting in the Philippines. You will collaborate with 2-3 Property Managers, handle tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, leasing tasks, and perform administrative duties.

The role emphasizes organization, customer focus, and clear communication with US clients and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Property Management, Real Estate, Leasing, Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, or Administrative Support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with tenants, vendors, owners, and contractors via phone and email.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property management tasks for residential portfolios.
• Coordinate operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate property, tenant, owner, and vendor records.
• Prepare reports and administrative documentation as needed.
