Beepo Inc. is seeking an AU Building Coordinator to provide day-to-day customer service and administrative support for a buildings and facilities management business. The role is remote with a day shift, supporting operations from Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Property industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in property/facilities management or similar.
• Experience dealing with residents and contractors.
• Zendesk or ticketing/CRM experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering and making phone calls
• Monitoring and responding to customer emails
• Managing Zendesk tickets from residents, owners and clients
• Triaging maintenance requests
• Preparing and issuing work orders to contractors
• Following up outstanding jobs and service reports
• Updating residents and clients on job progress
• Escalating urgent matters to the Building/Facility Manager
• Maintaining accurate notes in Zendesk
