Job summary

AgentSync seeks a highly organised Property Management Administrator to support backend operations for an Australian property management business. Remote role based in the Philippines, 40hrs/week, with strong focus on onboarding and leasing workflows.

You will assist with MA processing, PropertyMe tasks, appraisals, and follow-ups, while maintaining data accuracy and coordinating with BDM/leasing teams. Canva usage for materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous Australian property management or leasing experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with PropertyMe (PME) is essential.
• Experience using Inspection Express is essential.
• Experience processing rental applications and property documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Management Authorities (MAs) and onboarding new properties in PropertyMe
• Set up, manage, and monitor PropertyMe workflows and inboxes
• Provide backend support to the leasing and BDM teams, including processing rental applications and follow-ups
• Assist with Inspection Express administration and property inspection tasks
• Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and data entry
• Assist with preparing property appraisals and referral partner materials using Canva
• Manage tasks independently, follow established processes, and proactively action outstanding items
• Provide general administrative support across property management and leasing operations
