Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company, is hiring a Property Management Virtual Assistant to support Australian-owned outsourcing operations. You will handle tenancy administration, financial processing, and communications for property managers across daily tasks, compliance notices, and vendor coordination.

You will utilize Palace, Tapi, TPS, and Inspection Express, with Google Workspace and social tools to maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Palace property mgmt software.
• Experience with Tapi maintenance automation.
• Experience with TPS tenancy practice service.

Responsibilities

• Draft and dispatch work orders to contractors; ensure timely completion.
• Prepare tenancy notices in compliance with statutory timelines.
• Support Property Managers with daily operations and vendor follow-ups.
• Prepare lease renewals and onboarding/offboarding docs in Palace/TPS.
