RingCentral is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the AU market. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments from our Philippines location.

You will engage multiple stakeholders, manage pipelines, and leverage AI-driven research alongside CRM tools to drive qualified meetings for Account Executives. You will work aligned with Australian business hours and onsite at Cubao or Ortigas, with benefits including an HMO and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Minimum 6 months experience in leads management—generation, conversion, pipeline.
• Experience prospecting/selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account Prospecting: identify and prioritize Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: multi-threaded outreach to IT, CX, Ops, and Finance.
• Lead Qualification: conduct discovery to assess needs, budget, timeline, decision process.
• Account Collaboration: work with AEs and Marketing on ABM and handoffs.
• CRM & AI Management: maintain CRM data and review AI-generated briefs.
