RingCentral is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the AU Market. This Philippines-based role focuses on growing a portfolio of existing SOHO and Small Business customers using RingCentral solutions and AI-powered tools.

You will manage renewals, monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Support, Billing, and Product teams. Hybrid onsite in Cubao or Ortigas, 10–11 days per month.

Qualifications

• Technology Solution Sales: 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or B2B technology.
• Account Management & Retention: Experience managing customer accounts, retention, and post-sales relationships.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Experience identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base to drive account growth and revenue.
• CRM, Presentation & Negotiation: Experience with Salesforce/CRM tools, with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Management: Manage existing SOHO and Small Business accounts, including renewals, plan changes, and account health.
• Risk & Retention: Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and drive retention strategies.
• Renewals & Expansion: Handle renewal negotiations and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage.
• AI & CRM Management: Leverage AI tools, call summaries, and CRM capabilities to prepare for customer conversations and maintain accurate records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Support, Billing, and Product teams to resolve escalations and achieve retention, NRR, and upsell targets.
