Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an entry-level to early-career professional for order processing and quotation support. The role involves verifying orders, entering data, and preparing quotes for pre-sales customers, with emphasis on accuracy and timely follow-up with partners and customers.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and a background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage. Day shifts aligned to AU time zone are expected, with monthly RTO requirements.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; High School/SHS Diploma with at least 2 years of experience accepted.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage but not required.
• Good English communication skills – oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc).
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry and processing until order release/fulfillment.
• Prepares product/license quotes for pre-sales customers; validate all quote data before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
