Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to support order entry, processing, and quotes for pre-sales customers, aligning with AU time zone day shifts.

The role involves verifying order data, maintaining quotes and records, and coordinating with sales and customer service to drive fulfillment. Fresh graduates with strong English and Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College graduate or SHS Diploma with 2 years experience.
• Good English communication skills - oral and written.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment.
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required
• Good English communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks) #LI-Hybrid
