Job summary

Ingram Micro in Taguig City, Philippines is seeking an Associate II, Sales Support (Order Entry & Quotation) for a full-time hybrid role. You will support order entry, prepare quotes for pre-sales customers, and coordinate with sales and customer service to drive quote conversion into sales.

Fresh graduates are welcome; good English skills and knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) are required. Expect day shifts aligned to AU time zone.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required.
• Good English communication skills - oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
