Ingram Micro is seeking an Associate II Sales Support (Order Entry & Quotation) in Taguig City, Philippines. The role involves verifying orders, entering orders, and processing until fulfillment, plus preparing quotes for pre-sales customers and following up to drive conversions.

The ideal candidate has a college degree (or HS/SHS with experience), good English, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Formación

• Good English communication skills - oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc).

Responsabilidades

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment.
• Prepares product/license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
